OUR NEWSLETTER
The Congressional Newsletter is a quarterly publication distributed via email in January, April, July and October. Each issue contains articles about work happening the building and current Local Law requirements as well as upcoming building events such as the pool opening, holiday barbecues, shareholder meetings and other resident gatherings. You can also find profiles of our staff, board members and residents in each issue, plus interesting places to visit in our neighborhood.
All residents are welcome to participate on new issues with articles, artwork or story ideas.
*A limited number of printed copies are available for residents through a sign-up sheet posted by mailboxes at the time of digital distribution.
